Brussels, 10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The 2002 regulation establishing restrictive EU measures against certain people and entities linked to Osama Bin Laden, the Al-Qaeda network and the Taliban, has been amended after the changes (decided on 29 September by the United Nations sanctions committee) brought to the list of persons, groups and entities to which the freeze on funds and economic resources is applied. The following are added to the list of “natural persons”: Abd Allah Mohamed Ragab Abdel Rahman, Zaki Ezat Zaki Ahmed, Mohamed Ahmed Shawki Al Islambolly, El Sayed Ahmad Fathi Husseing Elaiwa, Ali Sayyid Muhamed Mustafa Bakri, Mahdhat Mursi Al-Sayyid Umar and Hani El Sayyed Elsebai Yusef.
