10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - The European Centre of Enterprises with Public Participation (CEEP) is holding its 8th European Conference of local public enterprises at the CEEP headquarters in Brussels on 29 November on 'Serving the public: the contribution of local public enterprises'. Three sessions will be organised: 1) 'Serving the public: the contribution of local public enterprises'; 2) 'Local services of general interest and European legislation: one year's developments'; and 3) 'Public/private partnerships and concessions: towards a Community legal framework?'
