10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 7 October, Commissioner Janez Potocnik sent letters of congratulation to the two European winners of Nobel Prizes announced this week, Theodor W. Hansch of the Max Planck Institute, for the Nobel Prize for Physics, and Yves Chauvin of the Institut francais du Petrole for the Nobel Prize for Chemistry.
