10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - In a ceremony on 10 October, a FERPA delegation (European Federation of Retired and Elderly People), headed by FERPA Secretary General Luigina de Santis, handed a message to the President of the European Parliament's Petitions Committee Martin Libicki, in which 10 million EU pensioners want to be involved in the European decision-making process.
