10/10/2005 (Agence Europe) - Commission Regulation (EC) 1564/2005 sets out thirteen standard forms for publishing calls for tender. It is published in Official Journal L257 of 1 October 2005. The forms cover prior notices, tender awards, buyer profiles, public works, notices and bid results. The entry into force on 31 January 2006 of Directives 2004/17/EC and 2004/18/EC requires the updating of existing forms to allow e-processing.
