EP rejects Svensson report on gender equality in healthcare

Strasbourg, 09/09/2005 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Thursday, the Parliament rejected the own-initiative report by Eva-Britt Svensson (GUE/NGL, Sweden) on "Gender Discrimination and Health Systems", by 244 votes against, 173 in favour and 149 abstentions.
