PRUDENTIAL, the UK's second largest insurance company, is planning to create a und management joint venture with Chinese company CITIC in China called CITIC PRUDENTIAL FUND MANAGEMENT with registered capital of 100 million yuan. PRUDENTIAL and CITIC will each have 33% of the company, SUZHOU INDUSTRIAL PARK VENTURE COMPANY will hold 18% and Suzhou New District Economic Development will hold 16%.
