Bamako, 22/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - On the eve of the presidential election of 24 April in Togo, the ACP/EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly debate (in Mali) on this issue demonstrated differences of opinion and a marked divide between MEPs and their counterparts from ACP countries (Africa/Caribbean/Pacific).
