The French IT group CAPGEMINI has sold its healthcare consultancy activities in North America to ACCENTURE for 175 million dollars. This activity had generated losses in 2004 against a net turnover of 171 million dollars. CAPGEMINI's turnover in North America was 1.4 billion in 2004, with almost 8,900 staff.
