22/04/2005 (Agence Europe) - Commissioner for External Relations Benita Ferrero Waldner is extremely concerned by the deep political instability that Ecuador is experiencing since the Head of State, Lucio Gutierrez (who obtained political asylum in Brazil and is now replaced by Vice-President Palacio) was overthrown by Congress on 20 April.
