ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banks

Italy's largest bank, BANCA INTESA, has spent 90 million dollars on 75% of the Russian bank KMB (334 million dollars in assets and 7 branches). The remaining 25% will be held by the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development). KMB is a specialist in the field of credit for Russian SMEs.
