ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) market enterprise

The NYSE- NEW YORK STOCK EXCHANGE- is to merge with the transaction platform ARCHIPELAGO EXCHANGE. The new outfit, to be known as NYSE GROUP, will be 70%-owned by NYSE shareholders and 30% by those of ARCHIPELAGO.
