BNP PARIBAS is on the point of two purchases. It is to acquire, via its subsidiary BNP PARIBAS PRIVATE BANK DE NACHENIUS, the Dutch private bank TJEENK & CO, currently a subsidiary of ABN AMRO. With over 1.3 billion EUR managed on behalf of wealthy individuals, associations and foundations, TJEENK & CO (60 employees) is the country's 8th-largest bank. The French bank is also in exclusive negotiations with CALYON, subsidiary of CREDIT AGRICOLE, to buy its brokerage subsidiary CREDIT AGRICOLE...
