Brussels, 17/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Further to the removal of restrictions in gas supply contracts between the Austrian oil and gas company OMV and the Russian gas producer Gazprom and which infringed the rules of the EC treaty on restrictive practices (article 81), the European Commission announced its decision on Thursday to close its investigation into this dossier.
