The Spanish TELEFÓNICA intends to buy the remaining capital of its struggling Internet subsidiary TERRA (turnover of 407.46 million EUR in the first nine months of 2003) of which it already held 75% of the shares. The Spanish group is offering two TELEFÓNICA shares for nine TERRA shares, which puts TERRA's value at 3.21 EUR per share.
