Socialist group criticises 2005 legislative programme

Brussels, 17/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - Next Wednesday in Strasbourg, the Socialist group at the European Parliament will present a draft resolution that is extremely critical of the Barroso Commission's legislative programme. The proposal presented by the president and vice presidents of the group, Martin Schultz and Hannes Swoboda believe that this programme lacks ambition and regretted that the proposals are “too general”.
