Brussels, 17/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - ON Thursday the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted without debate, a regulation for extending the ban on trawling in polish waters. Since 1991, the International Baltic Sea Fishery Commission (IBSFC) imposed a ban on trawling in the Oderbank in order to protect turbot and other young flat fish stock reproduction.
