17/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - The Regulation on international accounting standards IFRS 2, involving shares based payments was published in Official Journal L 41 on 11 February 2005. This standard, for the first time compels companies quoted on the stock exchange to clearly indicate share-based transactions in their accounts, including stock options for personnel (EUROPE 8 February 2005).
