17/02/2005 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Commission presented the proposal for an action plan 2005-2008 to combat drug use. The proposal was adopted on Tuesday (EUROPE of 16 February, p.10). Presented in the form of a table with a timetable for the various actions, the action plan mainly proposes coordinating, exchanging best practices and carrying out studies.
