Strasbourg, 12/01/2005 (Agence Europe) - On 11 January at the European Parliament in Strasbourg the Luxembourg minister for European Affairs Nicolas Schmit, vice-president of the European Commission Margot Wallström (in charge of communications) and the vice-president of the European Parliament Alejo Vidal-Quadras signed a memorandum of understanding on the co-ordination and organisation of action promoting information on the European Union.
