29/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - There was a mistake in our article about EU/Romania accession negotiations (EUROPE of 27 November, p.4). It was the "taxation" chapter, and not the "energy" chapter, which was re-opened and re-closed (with seven additional transition periods, bringing the total to 11).
