15/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Affairs Service at the French Senate has just published a book, "European Constitution - Comparison with Treaties in Force", which set out in 436 pages all the Articles of the consitutional treaty signed in Rome on 29 October. Each Article comes with a commentary on the amendments to the original texts. This publication only represents a selection of the totality of Articles in the thrity six protocols which make up the 300 pages.
