Brussels, 15/11/2004 (Agence Europe) - In a letter to Graham Watson, the president of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe (ALDE), the president of the committee on civil liberties, justice and home affairs, Jean-Louis Bourlanges stated that when the new Barroso team, which MEPs are to vote on this Thursday, is presented on Wednesday, some MEPs will be disappointed by the "very limited nature of the changes made to the College's composition since 27 October last".
