Brussels, 23/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The proposed REACH regulation on the registration, evaluation and limited authorisation of chemicals in the EU took up most of the debate between the members of the parliamentary committees on the environmental and on public health, chaired by Karl Heinz-Florenz (EPP-ED, Germany), and Pieter Van Geel, current President of the Council who came to present the Dutch Presidency's priorities on Monday.
