EU is slow to meet Lisbon goals but hopes to catch up with continued reform, latest Annual Report on Employment states

Brussels, 23/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Union is slow in its pursuit of the Lisbon employment goals but hopes to catch up the delay by stepping up reforms on the labour market.
