Loyola De Palacio visits Jordan and Egypt to boost transport and energy cooperation - Galileo cooperation office for Mediterranean

Brussels, 23/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - Loyola de Palacio, Energy and Transport Commissioner, travelled to the Mediterranean on Thursday, where she will visit Amman (Jordan) and Cairo (Egypt). The main objective of this official visit is to discuss the development of the region's oil, gas, electricity and transport sectors in the framework of Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and the European neighbourhood Policy. Her visit will end on 27 September with the launch of a Galileo co-ordination...
