23/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the Liberal Democrats' conference on 20 September in Bournemouth, Andrew Duff MEP criticised his country's government for its superlative weakness in preparing for a referendum on the European Constitution. The former Member of the Convention said that the government was confused on how it should campaign for a "yes" vote.
