Strasbourg, 16/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - There is not yet "consensus" on changes to be made to the Stability Pact among the EU Finance Ministers. "Quite the contrary", the Luxembourg Prime Minister and Prime Minister, Jean-Claude Juncker, told a small group of journalists on Wednesday in Strasbourg after meeting European Commissioner Joaquin Almunia in the Alsatian capital.
