16/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - With the adoption on Wednesday in Strasbourg of the reports by Philippe Morillon (EPP-ED, France) on bilateral agreements concluded by the EU with a number of third countries, the European Parliament approved - with a few minor amendments - provisions on: - a one year extension to the EU/Côte d'Ivoire protocol; - and new EU/Mauritius and EU/Madagascar protocols (see details in EUROPE of 10 September 2004, p.14).
