16/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 13 September, the Council of Ministers of the EU adopted regulations establishing an anti-dumping levy and a compensatory levy on imports of graphic electrode systems from India. The regulations also formally establish the provisional anti-dumping duties already in place.
