Pascal Lamy opens reflection on "collective preferences" (a choice of society)

Brussels, 16/09/2004 (Agence Europe) - As planned, Pascal Lamy, European Commissioner for Trade Policy, opened European reflection on Wednesday on "collective preferences", or the choice of society that must be taken considering the implementation of trade liberalisation.
