Brussels, 27/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - During the plenary in September (from 13 to 16 September), the European Parliament's Committee on Constitutional Affairs will ask the Dutch EU Presidency whether it plans to develop a "strategy" and, if possible, a "coordinated timetable" for ratification of the European Constitution.
