27/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - Bundesbank Vice President Juergen Stark is opposed to the creation of the post of European financial market overseer. In an article published by Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, he urges for harmonisation of control norms and better cooperation between national control authorities rather than the creation of a central control body to monitor stock exchange transactions.
