27/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) is organising a seminar to be held in Maastricht on 13 and 14 September on the role of high-level committees in European policy-making. The seminar targets officials of the Member States and European Institutions as well as the representatives of the various non-governmental organisations. It aims to demonstrate the key influence of working groups and EU committees such as the Political and Security Committee and the Special Agriculture Committee.
