Brussels, 19.07.2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission calls on Luxembourg to amend its legislation whereby it is compulsory for lawyers to speak the language of Luxembourg, French and German, if they wish to set up practice in the country. It is also opposed to the fact that only Luxembourg lawyers are entitled to carry out corporate banker's order transactions.
