19/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The monitoring authority for the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) adopted on 14 July new procedural rules on the notification of state aid by Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. These new rules establish a new formula, the contents and other details for notification (rules for working out deadlines and interest rates for reimbursing illegal aid etc). this decision applies for all sectors covered by EFTA.
