Javier Solana on Middle East tour

Brussels, 19/07/2004 (Agence Europe) - The European Union's High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, began a tour of the Middle East on Tuesday to discuss the situation in the region of Iraq. His trip will take him to Jordan, Egypt and Israel. On Tuesday, in Amman, Mr Solana will meet King Abdullah II, Prime Minister Ali Abul Ragheb and Foreign Minister Marwan Muasher.
