13th EU-Japan Summit in Tokyo on 22 June

Brussels, 18/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Next Tuesday's EU-Japan Summit will be chaired by the Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi. "We are confident that the strategic partnership with Japan will continue to develop, and that this Summit will allow important co-operation on a number of political and economic subjects", said Taoiseach Bertie Ahern. The President of the European Council will go to Tokyo on 22 June with Romano Prodi, the President of the European Commission. Discussions...
