18/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Using the simplified procedure (Article 6 §1-b), the European Commission has authorised the joint acquisition of US company Titan and its subsidiary Autocam Corp (car industry) by the bank Goldman Sachs, Transportation Resource Management, LLC and John C Kennedy, Autocam's current top manager. The sale is reported to be in the region of 390 million dollars.
