Electoral system: proportional representation with preferential voting
The Liberal Democrats (LDS), which form the government with the Social Democrats of the ZLSD (Unity list of the Social Democrats) and the Slovenian Popular Party SLS are presenting a common list with the small pensioners party (DeSUS).
