09/06/2004 (Agence Europe) - Maritime transport company NYK Reefers, which is part of the Japanese NYK Group, will be able to buy up to 50% of LauritzenCool Logistics, a company specialising in international transport of perishable goods, from LauritzenCool AB. This deal will increase the number of its refrigerated boats. The Commission, which received notification of this operation on 30 April, examined the demand according to simplified procedure and has just authorised it.
