SPÖ and ÖVP try and replace outgoing MEPs while other parties grab one or two seats at European Parliament

Brussels, 25/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - At the June European elections, Austria will lose three seats at the European Parliament and its two main parties are going to have to battle it out to replace their outgoing MEPs. The other parties hope that that they might gain a seat or be able to send two or three MEPs to Brussels. The lists of main candidates for the European elections is as follows:
