Finnish company, VALIO, has sold off its business interests in milk and children's cereals (annual turn-over EUR 20 million) to the Dutch company NUMICO for EUR 57 million. It has also sold off its ice cream branch (annual turnover EUR 63 million) to Swiss company NESTLE.
