25/05/2004 (Agence Europe) - According to the EFE agency, the future Spanish Secretary for European Affairs, Miguel Angel Navarro has affirmed that "if the EU finally get a foreign affairs minister", the High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana would obtain "broad consensus". Navarro informed the Spanish press agency that Javier Solana would be the person with most experience, having been NATO Secretary General and "Mr CFSP for five years" (as well as Spanish minister for foreign affairs...
