ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) banking

Swiss insurance company ZFS -ZURICH FINANCIAL SERVICES has sold off Austrian company QBE INSURANCE its Singapore subsidiary ZURICH INSURANCE (SINGAPORE) for an undisclosed sum. In 2003 this subsidiary notched up total gross premiums of EUR 30 million.
