ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) aeronautics

Spanish group ALCOR (turnover EUR 40 million, with workforce of 400) has acquired 25% of the capital of French holding ARTZAINAK, which heads eight companies specialising in aeronautical sub-contracting. Thanks to this deal, ARTZAINAK now has a turnover worth EUR 20 million, with a workforce of almost 200.
