Brussels, 17/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - After the electoral victory of the PSOE in Spain, Irish Prime Minister Bertie Ahern held a telephone conversation with the new Spanish Prime Minister, José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, on Wednesday, in order to have more details about his stance concerning the draft European Constitution (see yesterday's EUROPE, p.4, on the subject of statements announcing Spain's new wish to compromise).
