Brussels, 17/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - According to a press statement, next Friday in Dublin Peter Straub, President of the Committee of the Regions of the EU, will present a declaration to the European Council on 25-26 March to get the European constitution adopted before the European elections next June. According to the committee, Mr Straub stated (before going to Dublin) "there's not a minute left to lose to make the EU constitution a reality".
