Vote on read report opens way to agreement with council on idabc programme

Strasbourg, 17/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - On 11 March the European Parliament adopted the report of Imelda Mary Read (PES, United Kingdom) on the common Council position on the draft decision on the interoperable provision of pan-European on-line administrative services to public authorities, companies and citizens (IDABC: EUROPE 21 November 2003).
