11/03/2004 (Agence Europe) - In Strasbourg on Tuesday, the European Parliament elected a new Vice-President by acclamation, in the form of Spanish Socialist Raimon Obiols I Germa (63). For the end of the term, Mr Obiols succeeds Joam Colom I Naval, who has just left the European Parliament for the Court of Auditors of Catalonia.
